| 1# Desulfurization station project with DDS Biological Desulfurization Technology in Daniudi oil field of Sinopec was operated successfully |
| The first natural gas desulfurization project of our company - No. 1 desulfurization station in Daniudi gas field of Sinopec Huabei Oilfield is in normal operation. |
| The natural gas volume of the desulfurization station is 2000~3000Nm³/h. The pressure of the gas is about 3.5MPa, and the inlet hydrogen sulfide concentration is 3000~6000mg/Nm³. The original desulfurization method of complex iron made the serious blocking of the desulfurization tower, and the desulfurization effect was not good, the outlet hydrogen sulfide concentration exceeds 50mg/Nm³. It can not meet the requirements of desulfurization. After that, it was decided to adopt DDS Biological Desulfurization Technology. Starting from November 4, 2020, DDS series desulfurization products were added to the original system, and the outlet hydrogen sulfide concentration was quickly reduced to 5mg/Nm³ following. Moreover, the operation is stable without tower blocking, and the pH range of stable operation is much larger than that of other wet desulfurization technologies, which improves the operation flexibility of the system and reduces the operation difficulty of operators. |
