Coke oven gas desulfurization project of Tangshan Ruhong Industrial Co., Ltd
  
  Our company has successfully operated the coke oven gas desulfurization project for Tangshan Ruhong Industrial Co., Ltd.
  The coke oven gas volume is 35000Nm³/h in Ruhong. PDS ammonia method is adopted before. Two sets of high tower regeneration desulfurization systems are connected in series for desulfurization. The diameter of each desulfurization tower is about φ5000mm, packing height of 10.5m, total desulfurization solution holding capacity of 1800m³. The total circulating capacity of desulfurization solution is less than 1300m³/h. The inlet hydrogen sulfide content in coking gas is 4500 ~ 7000mg/Nm³. Because the first-level desulfurization tower is not blocked and the second-level desulfurization tower has been blocked, the first-level desulfurization system can only be used and the second-level desulfurization system was stopped. In this case, after first-level desulfurization, the content of hydrogen sulfide at the outlet is about 2300mg/Nm³, the desulfurization efficiency is less than 60%, and the daily cost of PDS is about 5000 yuan.
  The first-level desulfurization is still adopted, and the secon-level desulfurization is stopped. When any other conditions remain unchanged, just stop adding PDS, and then directly add DDS catalyst series products to the original desulfurization solution. During the replacement period (30 days), the drug investment is about 1.3 million yuan. Within 22 days after a large amount of drugs are invested, the desulfurization effect is not significantly improved (due to the expansion of the solution in the early stage, the solution is discharged severely). From the 23rd day, the desulfurization efficiency was significantly improved. By the 30th day of dosing, the hydrogen sulfide content at the desulfurization outlet decreased to below 300mg/Nm³, the desulfurization efficiency is increased to more than 96%, the circulating volume of desulfurization solution is less than 1100m³/h. When the pH value of desulfurization solution is increased to 8.6, the content of H₂S at the outlet of first-level desulfurization decreases to 23~91.2mg/Nm³, the removal rate of organic sulfur is 60~70%, and the consumption of DDS catalyst series drugs is about 6000yuan/day.
