| The desulfurization system using DDS Biological Desulfurization Technology has been put into operation for 2# coke oven gas treatment in fuel supply plant of Nanjing Iron & Steel Group Corp. |
| The gas flow rate is 35000Nm³/h. The concentration of H₂S is 4500~9200 mg/Nm³. The PDS Technology was used before for desulfurization with the outlet H₂S concentration of 200~800mg/Nm³ (at first outlet) and 15~50mg/Nm³ (at second outlet). From Feb. 2020, the DDS Technology was used to replace the old technology. The system has run normally now with the outlet H₂S concentration of 5~50mg/Nm³ (at first outlet) and 0~10mg/Nm³ (at second outlet). Removal rate of organic sulfide is up to 76%. |
